We keep it simple: fast processing, tracked shipping, clear expectations.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You’ll get:
an order confirmation email right after checkout, and
a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods (big promos, holidays), processing may sit closer to the 3-day mark.
2. Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, most deliveries arrive within 7–12 business days.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location, local courier performance, customs, and peak seasons.
We can’t guarantee delivery on a specific date, but the majority of orders land within the 7–12 business day window.
3. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Any free-shipping or promo offers will be clearly shown at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with a tracking number.
-
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after your parcel leaves the warehouse.

You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.

If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your correct address and order number.

If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll update the address.

If it has already shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
We’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect / incomplete address or being unclaimed:

We can resend it (additional shipping fee may apply), or
-
We can refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee once it arrives back with us.
6. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

Check with anyone else at the address and nearby neighbours.

Check safe-drop spots around your property (letterbox, side doors, etc.).

Contact your local courier/post office with your tracking number.
If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.
SculptedFlex is not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier or stolen after delivery, but we’ll always do what we reasonably can to help.
For orders that are significantly delayed beyond the 7–12 business day window, reach out and we’ll open a case with the carrier.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Some international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees once the parcel arrives in your country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs inspections can occasionally delay delivery times.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs and sent back to us, we can refund the product cost (excluding shipping) once we receive it back in good condition.
8. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate parcels depending on stock and warehouse logistics.

You won’t pay extra shipping because of this.

You’ll receive tracking for each shipment where applicable.
