Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your SculptedFlex leggings.
If something isn’t right, this is how we handle returns and exchanges.


1. Return Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility – What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, deodorant, pet hair and perfume

  • With all original tags and packaging attached

Trying them on once to check size is fine.
Wearing them to the gym or outside = no return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Any item returned in used, damaged or heavily worn condition

If a non-eligible item is sent back, it may be returned to you at your own cost.


4. Exchanges (Size / Colour)

Ordered the wrong size or colour?

  1. Email kaydenlucas005+support@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item you want to exchange

    • The new size/colour you want

  2. We’ll confirm stock and send you return instructions.

  3. Once your original item is received and inspected, we’ll:

    • Ship your replacement item, or

    • Offer store credit if the size/colour is unavailable.

Return shipping for size/colour changes is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.


5. Refunds

If you’d rather a refund than an exchange:

  1. Email kaydenlucas005+support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it can take 3–10 business days to appear.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we shipped you the wrong item or a faulty item.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • You pay return shipping if:

    • You ordered the wrong size or colour

    • You changed your mind

  • We cover or credit return shipping if:

    • You received a faulty or damaged item

    • You received the wrong item / size / colour

Any return must follow the instructions we send so we can track and process it correctly.


7. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:

  1. Email kaydenlucas005+support@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and the issue

  3. We’ll arrange either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund, or

    • Store credit, depending on your preference and stock levels.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If we’ve confirmed your refund and you haven’t seen it yet:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider – refunds can take a few business days to post.

  3. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, email kaydenlucas005+support@gmail.com with your name and order number.


9. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email: kaydenlucas005+support@gmail.com

  2. Use a subject line like:

    • “Return – Order #1234” or

    • “Exchange – Order #1234”

  3. Include:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you want to return or exchange

    • Reason (wrong size, changed mind, damaged, etc.)

  4. We’ll reply with the next steps and the return address.
